FREYTAMFAL looked good winning a Morphettville trial without being placed under a lot of pressure. He draws well and looks the one to beat. Stablemate PRINCE TIKEA jumped out well at Morphettville recently. PRANCE ‘N’ DANCE trialled OK behind Freytamfal and must be respected. SHE’S MARILYN is on debut for Dan Clarken and Oopy MacGillivray stable and has been the one to firm since markets opened. EUROPA has jumped out four times back in Victoria and would need to improve but keep an eye on betting.

RACE 2 - 12:45PM BGC Industrial Cleaning Supplies Maiden Plate (900 METRES)
Big field over the 900m makes an interesting betting race. ARRAN BAY has trialled a couple of times and looks ready for this. He was well backed on debut behind Generation at Morphettville in April and has been the one punters stepped into early firming from $5.50 into $3.40. ROSE TYCOON is another to firm since markets opened and she trialled nicely behind Rodeo then won at Balaklava. She has the inside gate and is going to be right there. SPIRITUAL GAL will love dropping back to the 900m trip. She has got very good early speed and led them up when only run down late first-up at Morphettville. JOHNNY THUNDER ran well first-up form a spell behind Squizzy Mizzy at Morphettville and maps to get a perfect run here. Stablemate FLYING BARTY has had two trials back for his return and won his latest at Morphettville and draws a nice barrier.

RACE 3 - 1:20PM New Beginnings at Newbridge Maiden Plate (1800 METRES)
CASSOWARY gets every chance here coming back from a handy effort at Listed level in the Hill Smith Stakes when 3.6 lengths behind Cerberus. She draws well and should be too good for these. DOROTHY ROSE shapes the danger having finished second at her past four, she is finding it hard to break through all the same. JOPHIEL made ground first-up in SA behind Gondolier at Gawler. MAURICE ROAD was placed at Balaklava two starts back but is back in distance.

RACE 4 - 1:55PM Beyond Ink Maiden Plate (1400 METRES)
BAMYAN BUDDHA was sent out a price but ran well here on debut behind Runamigo back in May. He’s trialled well and should give this a big shake but is short enough. LAST ZERPRISE ran well on debut behind Gulf Of Suez at Morphettville back in November and should strip fitter for a handy effort behind Sweet Distraction at Balaklava. She maps well. ROUGE RENARDE was OK effort behind We Will Remember at Gawler last time and must be given some thought. FRIENDLY GHOST ran well behind Sicilian Witness two starts back at Balaklava before a disappointing run at here behind Apache Star when wide and struggling to make any ground. ROYAL GISELLE was a big drifter in betting and ran OK behind Squizzy Mizzy at Morphettville. IN THE DARKNESS is on debut for Michael Hickmott and has been to the trials three times. CARRY THE MUSKET was placed at his last two before a break, stablemate DANCING STREAM has ability but draws the car park. STRATISFACTION is another who can measure-up, likewise BOSSPAN who was favourite on debut at Sale before being plain at his SA debut.

RACE 5 - 2:30PM The FMG Engineering Benchmark 58 Handicap (Heat 5 Skybeau Series) (2000 METRES)
SKY HERO has been racing well and got out to the right distance when a dominant winner back over The Red Sea at Balaklava. He draws out but looks the one to beat. Grant Young has to very good chances here. JACK'S A CRACKER comes off two solid efforts behind Royal Bower in the Mindarie-Halidon Cup before chasing home stablemate Santelmo Fuego at Gawler. Stablemate THE RED SEA is also going well and was solid behind an in-form All Hard Wood at Penola but has the wide barrier. LOLLIELUCAS made ground behind Santelmo Fuego at Gawler and is a winner here. BRIABELLA can improve from the draw while BALDY was placed in the Mindarie-Halidon Cup before winning the Jamestown Cup and must be respected.

RACE 6 - 3:10PM CGU Insurance Rating 0 - 58 Handicap (1200 METRES)
TAHNEE TRADITION looks right in the mix here. She was runner-up behind Munster here back in July and was good first-up from a spell at Morphettville last week behind Outpost. She is on the quick back-up, but the stable is going nicely. WE WILL REMEMBER comes off a soft win over Candy Dude at Gawler last start. This looks a tougher task, but he draws a middle gate and should be right in the finish again. OUR DEEP AGENDA had a good run behind the speed but didn’t really finish off first-up at Morphettville behind Dantree, but he has raced well here previously. Stablemate BUBBLES MCGINTY comes off a Gawler win beating Chevite. BIG ACHEEVA is a former Victorian first-up for David Jolly and trialled OK at Morphettville recently. HARBOURING was a Balaklava winner three starts back and was sent out favourite at Penola on Sunday when a touch disappointing.

RACE 7 - 3:50PM SpryCrete Benchmark 64 Handicap (Heat 3 Happy Trails Series) (1400 METRES)
IMPOSSIBLE ACTION was too good for Morialta at Morphettville last start and that form was franked last weekend. He again draws to get the perfect run and looks hard to beat. REYNOLDS has been super since coming to Australia winning three of his first four. He was given a break after chasing home Motell last time and will give this a big shake from a good gate despite his big weight. WHISKEY ‘N’ WOMEN looks value here, he’s won two from two here on his home track and did get a mile out of his ground last time. LUCKY DOG wasn’t beaten at Morphettville last time and was good winning his previous two at Oakbank. JAAMINT has been racing well but draws a wide barrier. PERFECT COMMAND comes off a good effort when 3rd behind So You Can at Morphettville. DIVENIRE has some ability and two trials under her belt.

RACE 8 - 4:30PM Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup (1600 METRES)
REGALO DI GAETANO looks each-way value in a strong race here dropping down sharply in the weights. His first-up run was good making ground from wide out on the Parks track, he strips fitter and draws to get a nice run from a middle gate. LORD VLADIVOSTOK ran super first-up when he charged late to be narrowly beaten by Magnetic Edge at Morphettville on the Parks track. IRONCLAD is a smart horse. His form last campaign was first class and would have him beating these. He hasn’t had things go right this campaign but wasn’t beaten a long way last time at Sandown. RITRATTO was very good first-up from a spell and will appreciate getting back out to the mile and the blinkers go back on. He will roll forward and take some running down. Stablemate PERFECT ROUTE was good behind Sign Of Ussuri and a Morphettville winner first-up. He has some upside and should be right in the mix. NOIR DE RUE was good at his local debut when runner-up behind an in-form Extra Time at Morphettville. MAGNETIC EDGE is flying, ROBE BAY was solid first-up.

RACE 9 - 5:00PM Rural City of Murray Bridge - Make it Yours Benchmark 62 Handicap (Heat 6 Riziz Series) (1000 METRES)
VALUABLE WITNESS won well here on debut before making good ground form a long way back behind Dantree at Morphettville. He draws a middle gate and can bounce back to winning form. HARPUNA was runner-up behind He’s A Balter here back in July and the Peter Hardacre stable is ticking along nicely. He looks the danger. MRS HYDE races well here with three wins from four starts and comes off a soft Jamestown win. KISHSTAR is another with a great record here. She has won three of four her only failure coming last start behind Rusty Halo last time. BARACONI was placed behind Beau Rossa at Morphettville back in March and has been specked at a price despite the wide gate. LI’L HANK can run well first-up on his home track.
